    Our design team at TOCO has over 10 years industry experience and can design and cater for any warehouse requirements.
  • Custom Design
    We also offer complimentary 3D CAD design of any custom parts you may need, this allows you to visually understand what you will be getting before you engage us. We are able to manufacture huge varieties of custom parts, because we actually are warehouse storage equipment manufacturers!
  • Export Packaging
    Product packages is one of the key points of quality for warehouse equipment. The packages are probably both heavy and big volumes. The uprights package would be more than 10 meters weighing more than 5 tons. The beams packages would be around 3 meters long and 2.4 meters high weighing more than around 3 tons. The packing way and container loading would be skillful so the materials are reached without minimum damages. Customers absolutely don't want to see their goods damaged, scratched, loose packed products when they open the containers.
  • Installation
    The customers often worry about the installation when they import warehouse equipment. It it ture as for each project, there are lots of parts, and no one who is familiar with such things. TOCO has a serise methods to ensure the smooth installtion for projects from small to big.

  • What does TOCO’s after-sales service include?

    TOCO provides its clients with after-sales services including regular inspections, advice on the safe use of racking, installation instructions and safety manual, engineers on site supervision, technical guidance on warehouse solutions and safety, and email support etc.

  • Do you hold stocks?

    Normally we do not hold any stocks, but just produce and dispatch as per orders. However, we would agree to hold stocks if customer purchase from us regularly. In this situation, we can discuss further to benefit both maximumly.

  • Do you have MOQ(minimum order quantity) requirements?

    No, we do not have MOQ requirement for most of our products. It is often for new developed products because of tooling costs. Good prices would be offered for good quantities. Normally 1x20ft container order would be recommended to save cost and easy operation.

  • I want to get a quote from you, what information do I need to provide?

    In order to get an accurate quote, you would need to provide sufficient information and requirements, depending on different products. For pallet racking, we would need pallet sizes, max weights, warehouse dimensions, your special demands, etc., as much as you can tell us. If you prefer to taking with us directly, please just simply email us or use website contact form. TOCO will be in contact with you shortly.

  • I cannot find an item on your website, what can I do?

    Please use our search tool on the website, that you can find it on menu bar on all pages. If you still cannot find it, please contact our sales consultants or email us directly. Basically, we can customize most of metal storage products for you.

  • How will I install the racking if I buy from you?

    Along with the documents we provided, there will be assembly instructions as well to guide the installation. We can send an engineer and several experienced installers to assist if required.
