TOCO provides its clients with after-sales services including regular inspections, advice on the safe use of racking, installation instructions and safety manual, engineers on site supervision, technical guidance on warehouse solutions and safety, and email support etc.

Normally we do not hold any stocks, but just produce and dispatch as per orders. However, we would agree to hold stocks if customer purchase from us regularly. In this situation, we can discuss further to benefit both maximumly.

No, we do not have MOQ requirement for most of our products. It is often for new developed products because of tooling costs. Good prices would be offered for good quantities. Normally 1x20ft container order would be recommended to save cost and easy operation.

In order to get an accurate quote, you would need to provide sufficient information and requirements, depending on different products. For pallet racking, we would need pallet sizes, max weights, warehouse dimensions, your special demands, etc., as much as you can tell us. Along with the documents we provided, there will be assembly instructions as well to guide the installation. We can send an engineer and several experienced installers to assist if required.
